A pavilion in the park's shadow

West Park is a single-storey glass pavilion wrapped in lawn — copper roof, stone spine wall and not a single hallway. Every room opens straight to the garden.

The challenge was approvals in a conservation-adjacent street. Our site review mapped every constraint first, so the design cleared review without a single amendment — and the homes list opened ahead of schedule.
