Overview
A riverside home built for light
The brief asked for a family home that drinks in the river view without overheating in summer. Our answer: deep overhangs, a glass stair core and bedrooms tucked behind a cool stone wall.
The challenge was access — a tight lane with no laydown area. We staged deliveries just in time and kept neighbours on side with weekly notices. The approach worked: structure topped out two weeks early.
